10 mL from a random urine collection. No preservative.

All positives reported with semi-quantitative results.
Cocaine metabolites are included in a #QDS “Drug Screen,
Qualitative, Urine.” Drugs of abuse testing is intended for
clinical monitoring and management of patients. It is not for use
in employment-related or medical-legal drug testing.
Note: All positive results are unconfirmed
screening tests and should not be used for non-medical
purposes.
