10 mL from a random urine collection. No preservative.

All positives reported with semi-quantitative results.

Possible false-positives may be caused by non-prescription cold medications and diet pills containing ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, or phenylpropanolamine (eg, Contac, Sudafed, etc.) and by prescription medications such as phentermine, mephentermine, phenmetrazine, diethylproprion, pheneizine, labetald, and benzothinepenicillin.

 

Amphetamines/Metamphetamines are included in a #QDS “Drug Screen, Qualitative, Urine.” Drugs of abuse testing is intended for clinical monitoring and management of patients. It is not for use in employment-related or medical-legal drug testing.
